Overview
Wheatland Electric is looking for a detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Warehouseman in our Syracuse office. This position receives, stores, and issues line materials, equipment, merchandise for resale, tools, and safety equipment in a stockroom or storeroom. They will perform all aspects of coordination for a full-service warehouse. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Must have basic computer skills and basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, and knowledge of the proper and safe use of tools and equipment, such as chop saws and bench grinders, is required. The ability to operate heavy machinery such as an overhead hoist, forklift, and skid loader is preferred. The full job description that follows is for a fully qualified Warehouseman.
Finalist will be required to successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment background and drug test.
