The Member Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our various programs. Top Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent and minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or associate degree in business or related field and one year of experience in customer service or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Experience within the electric industry preferred.
Communication Skills:Strong Verbal and Written Communication – ability to express ideas clearly in both spoken and written form. This includes using proper grammar and punctuation as well as the ability to tailor your communication style to a wide variety of individuals both internally and externally.
