Stanion Wholesale Electric Co., a regional leader in the sale of electrical goods and services through wholesale distribution, seeks a qualified individual for Inside Selling. The Inside Seller will be responsible for account development, lead nurturing, and relationship building by engaging customers via phone, e-mail, text, virtual meeting, chat and/or other communication means preferred by the customer. Digital marketing, digital sales campaigns, prospect nurturing, pre and post-sales activity with opportunity tracking and documentation are important daily activities. The successful inside seller will be patient, persistent, and persuasive, have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills along with solid negotiating skills. Additionally, the Inside Seller must have strong computer and time management skills, strong customer service skills, be adaptable to change, and should be analytical with strong active listening skills. This position will work from our Wichita, KS location.
