Maintenance Director

Overview

Redbud Village in Plainville, KS is seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Maintenance to join our growing team of professionals. The Director of Maintenance is responsible for utilizing maintenance skills to perform a variety of tasks including electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance along with maintaining high quality buildings and ground environment.  Must have a strong emphasis on interacting with the staff and residents.

This person is expected to have a hands-on role in the overall operations of this facility as well as dealing with administrative functions to include assisting with resident transportations.
