Overview
Phillips County Economic Development (PCED) is looking for their next Executive Director to lead economic growth initiatives. The selected candidate will report to the PCED Board of Directors and is a full-time role. The position will drive business recruitment, retention, and expansion, and they will oversee the development and implementation of strategic economic plans, manage community development initiatives, and build strong, lasting relationships with local, regional, and state officials and organizations.
