Overview

Norton County Hospital has a full-time career opportunity for an RN to join our healthcare team.  This position is 12-hour night shifts, with rotating weekends and holiday schedule.  The RN Charge Nurse assumes the responsibility of overseeing in-patient and emergency room activity, shift supervision and support of peers, directing patient care activities, functioning as a clinical resource, and liaison to the Director of Nursing. This position will work with acute, skilled and intermediate levels of patient care as well as in labor and delivery.  Benefit package includes paid time off, KPERS retirement, life and long-term disability insurance, BCBS health insurance and a variety of supplemental insurances.
