New Age Industrial is seeking applications to fill an opening for a Full-Time Marketing, Events & Content Specialist to focus on high-impact content production, comprehensive trade show planning and logistics, and digital brand storytelling across the material handling, foodservice, and supermarket industries. While providing assistance to data integrity projects, this position prioritizes marketing implementation, execution and vital event excellence to ensure a seamless brand experience for partners and customers.

Reports to: Director of Marketing & E-Commerce

Collaborates with: Creative Director, Website Developer, Sales, Engineering, Shipping, and E-Commerce Teams

Event & Trade Show Management

-Trade Show Execution: Manage equipment order verifications, props lists, and service ordering. Collaborate with marketing and engineering departments on overall booth theme, layout and design.

-Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate logistics for trade shows and sales events. Collaborate closely with the Shipping Department to manage booth freight, prop shipping, and delivery timelines.

-Internal Events: Contribute to the planning and execution of the annual Foodservice Rep Training. Assist with the annual company picnic setup and execution.

Content Creation & Management:

-Multimedia Production: Create and schedule engaging graphics, captions, shorts, and reels for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to enhance brand awareness.

-Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Creative Director and Website Developer to produce technical website copy, product descriptions, flyers, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.

-Editorial & PR: Lead content development and copywriting for researching, writing, and publishing engaging weekly blogs/press releases for the company website and monthly guest posts for partner sites (e.g., PMMI and MHI).

-Trend Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in design, marketing, and advertising.

Sponsorship Management:

-Primary Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for local sponsorship requests, including radio, newspaper, youth organizations, and other community partners.

-Proposal Development: Develop and manage sponsorship proposals and agreements; coordinate with the Director of Marketing & E-Commerce and/or Shareholders to approve new requests.

-Community Relations: Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and build/maintain strong relationships with local chambers and sponsors.

Data & Project Support

-Project Assistance: Support the E-Commerce and Sales teams on data-centric projects, acting as a contributor to product assets and attributes within the ERP and Master Data Hubs.

-Technical Liaison: Collaborate with Engineering to ensure technical product data, dimensions, and specifications are translated accurately into marketing collateral.

-Brand Audits: Periodically assist with audits of partner, dealer, and distributor websites to ensure brand consistency and that the most current product information is displayed.

-Database Coordination: Support the maintenance of sales and marketing contact lists within HubSpot, iContact, and Outlook to ensure clean communication channels.

Communication & Collaboration:

-Internal Alignment: Attend bi-weekly marketing meetings with the Director of Marketing & E-Commerce and monthly Sales (FS & MH) marketing alignment meetings to stay informed and synchronize strategies.

-Interpersonal Excellence: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; actively listen to and consider the perspectives of teammates.

-Team-Oriented Mindset: Foster a positive, collaborative environment by sharing information readily and providing proactive support to colleagues across all departments.

Other Duties as Assigned:

-Complete other duties as assigned that contribute to the overall success of the sales, e-commerce and marketing departments and the company.

Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday

Hours per week: 40 hours

Salary: Negotiable, Dependent Upon Qualifications & Previous Work Experience

Education & Experience:

Years of Experience: 3–5 years in a Marketing, Content, or Communications role (Specialist level).

Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Industry Background: Previous experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, or B2B sectors is a plus.
