Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Restorative Nurse (LPN) to support and promote residents’ highest level of physical functioning and independence. This role focuses on maintaining and improving mobility, strength, and daily living skills while providing high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. The Restorative Nurse collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to implement and oversee restorative nursing programs, monitor resident progress, and contribute to residents’ care plans.
