Overview

Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems, in Beloit, Kansas, is currently seeking a full-time Business Office Manager. This position is responsible for managing the organizational and administrative operations of the Business Office and Patient Registration. The successful candidate should have experience in health care insurance, billing, management and will be involved in a wide range of service activities. Responsibilities include supervising the hospital posting, billing and collection operations, hospital charge master, reports, staff schedules and patient interactions. This position works closely with other departments and will be involved in various hospital committees. Candidate should have at minimum an Associate Degree in Business management. Excellent computer and communication skills required. Experience in Cerner and billing software is a plus.
