Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems in Beloit, KS is looking for a full-time Hospice Director. This position is responsible for managing the organizational and administrative operations of the Hospice Department. Candidate must be able to manage, schedule and train staff, as well as, establish standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. Must be a professional with developed team building skills, ability to balance finance with quality of care, effective time management skills, and have a strong working knowledge of Federal and State hospice rules and regulations. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and also requires flexibility to meet patient care needs within the continuum of services and participation in the 24/7 nursing coverage rotation (approximately 5 nights per month).
