The Administrative Assistant is responsible for representing the Mission Statement of Iron Resource Partners Insurance. This person is the key public relations person in the agency and will also be responsible for a favorable presentation of the office by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
•Answering the multi-line VoIP phone system and greeting people in a prompt, friendly, professional manner.
•Delegating phone duties to others when he/she is away from the phone.
•Assisting callers and customers periodically while they are holding on the phone or waiting to meet with a Producer or Service Representative.
•Maintaining a professional appearance of his/her self and surrounding work area.
•Working in a professional and cooperative way with other employees.
•Assisting All Lines with filing, cash receipts, auto id’s, data entry, processing of renewals, and other tasks where applicable.
•Pick up, delivery and processing of daily mail/scanning.
•Maintain Copy Machine and Scanner.
•Receive all faxes and forward to appropriate person.
•Order supplies/marketing materials for his/her location and keep inventory at appropriate levels. May be required to assist branch offices in ordering supplies and materials where applicable.
•Issue renewal certificates.
•Prepare ID cards, stuffing them in ID holders for renewal delivery.
•Prepare policy for delivery by preparing renewal letter.
•Printing insurance summary for renewal delivery.
•Assist the Account Manager, when unavailable, in the handling of changes, billings, claims and renewals for Customer accounts.
•Follow up on activities submitted by Account Manager for accuracy in a timely manner.
