ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION,
DESCRIPTION, This position is part of our Farm Production Team. Farm Account Manager’s perform a wide range of duties to support the team and to contribute to the growth of our agency by providing professional service for our clients. The ideal Farm Account Manager will enjoy project driven tasks as they navigate our clients through their annual stewardships, change requests, marketing accounts, prepare proposals and develop lasting relationships both with clients and other team members.

Education and Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent required
Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance or the ability to become licensed
Must have at a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Willing to pursue additional insurance education
Salary
The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 annually, plus benefits, and can vary based on location. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The hiring range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Provide first point of contact for Farm clients by handling all service requests and assisting in resolving issues
Direct processing and billing of transactions
Conduct risk identification for assigned accounts
Coordinate renewal preparation, review, and client communication
Facilitate quoting/proposing/binding of new business and remarketed accounts, working with assigned producer and leveraging quoting staff as available
Communicate with underwriters regarding coverage terms and conditions
GENERAL:
Support full utilization of the AMS360 system and leverage carrier technology
Stay informed regarding insurance technical knowledge, market trends, and insurance carrier information
Function efficiently in all systems and adhere to consistent execution of all production processes.
