Overview
Under the supervision of the Road and Bridge Supervisor, the Operator is a non-exempt position under FLSA. Position performs skilled work in operating different types of construction and maintenance equipment. Employee in this position operates a variety of light to heavy equipment and requires a great degree of skills in performing a variety of job assignments. Employee performs tasks related to road and bridge maintenance and construction in Hodgeman County.
Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Test.
CDL not required but a PLUS!
