Overview
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with Key Carrier experience. Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over various areas in the store and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years or older
Product knowledge
Retail and management experience preferred but training available
Merchandising skills/experience
Clear and concise communication skills
Administrative and computer skills to process paperwork
Detail oriented/Organizational skills
Must be able to lift 50+ lbsĀ on a regular basis
Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Must be available to work flexible shifts – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
Cashiering/Cash Handling
Freight handling/Forklift operation
Assist customers with product selection and load outs
Handling phone calls
