Overview
Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Worker. This role involves completion of maintenance requests and preventive maintenance to resolve and prevent building systems problems. Routine maintenance and repairs include but are not limited to areas such as plumbing, boiler maintenance, plastering, electrical work, carpentry, mechanics, and groundskeeping. This position requires “On Call” availability and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Experience in maintenance trades such as plumbing, electricity and/or carpentry is preferred, but not required. Qualifications:
●High school graduate or its equivalency, plus education and/or experience in electricity, plumbing, refrigeration carpentry, grounds care.
●A driver’s license with good driving record
