Overview
Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems has an opening for a full-time nightshift RN Charge Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, delivering and evaluating the direct total care of patients of all ages in the Intensive Care Unit. Major responsibilities include, providing emergency care, performs or assists with specific procedures, delivers care to a wide range of patients including pediatric and provides patient education. Hours are 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, every 3rd weekend and a rotating holiday schedule. Sign on bonus available for full-time positions, plus a night shift differential, weekend shift differential and extra shift incentive pay. Applicant may also be eligible for Student Loan Forgiveness with a 3 year commitment. Position may require cross-training to Acute Nursing. Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse licensed for the State of Kansas
