Part-Time REGULAR PART-TIME ADMIN ASSOCIATE III
The City of Dodge City, KS is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a regular part-time (30 hours per week) Admin Associate III- Fire in the Fire department. The objective of the Administrative Associate III is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Fire Chief, Captains, Investigators, CPR/First Aid instructors and EMS Training Officers.
Education and experience required for this position:
• High School Diploma or equivalent with secretarial/business office skills.
• Minimum of four (4) years of general office experience including two years of experience as secretary to a department head or an executive; experience in communication and customer service skills
• A valid Kansas motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Good driving record.
Wage range is $15.20 – $21.28 and includes full City benefit package (Single health insurance package, KPERS, vacation, sick leave and paid holidays).
