Full-Time Patient Access Representative
Norton County Hospital has a full-time employment opportunity for a Patient Access Representative in the Norton Medical Clinic. Primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling clinic appointments, registering patients, insurance verifications, point of service payment explanation including collections, and answering patient questions. The Patient Access Representative is often the first person visitors see at the facility. This applicant must have excellent customer service and computer skills, the ability to multi-task, great attention to detail, and constant focus on quality and confidentiality. The work week for this position is based upon office hours of the clinic, includes some Saturday mornings, and has a normal work week of 40 hours.
