Full-Time Patient Access Representative
Norton County Hospital has a full time career opportunity in our admissions area of the business office for a Patient Access Representative. This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Primary responsibilities include registering patients, insurance verification, point of service payment estimation and collection, providing and explaining forms to patients, answering any patient questions, and helping patients feel comfortable when waiting to see the physician or other ancillary departments. The Patient Access Representative is often the first person a patient or visitor sees when they arrive at the facility. This applicant must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Applicant must also have strong computer skills and work efficiently with attention to detail.
