Valley Hope is in search of dedicated professional to join our Valley Hope Corporate team in the role of Office Coordinator.  This is a full-time position with regular hours of 8am – 5pm on Monday – Friday.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Three (3) plus years of administrative work experience.

JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as Corporate Administrative Support lead and assists with distributing task and providing guidance on work activities.
Builds strong working relationships at all levels of the organization, fostering an environment of mutual, open and transparent communication to support all levels of the organization.
Serves as backup to Executive Assistant.
Maintain/manage Press Ganey Patient Surveys database.
Update facility staff information for monthly credentialing.
Provides administrative or clerical support to corporate leadership as requested.
Assists with projects as needed and requested by corporate leadership.
Assist with Contracts as directed.
Assists with mail pickup/delivery and mail room processes as directed.
Assists with processing Credit Card orders as directed.
Assists with creation of Requests for Payments (Accounts Payable) as requested.
Assists with updating patient, referral and friend address updates in software systems according to protocol.
Assist with facility and other department request to remove alumni, referrals, and friends from Mailing Lists according to Deceased and Mail Opt Out protocols.  Maintains accurate list of alumni and friends who have requested removal.
Assists with Finance Department requests for tracking of or posting items within spreadsheets and reporting.
Acts as back-up and provide coverage when Office Coordinator I is not available.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Office setting with traditional hours; able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
Sitting for extended periods of time.
