Minimum Qualifications:
Direct relevant education and minimum of 5 years experience in related field. Thorough knowledge of road construction and maintenance, solid waste operations, and noxious weed/prairie dog control and eradication. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Ability to effectively and accurately communicate orally and in written form, including good spelling and grammatical skills. Must be able to perform and/or manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities concurrently. Must be efficient, a self-starter, an independent worker, and possess good work habits.

Necessary Special Qualifications:

Possession of a valid Kansas CDL License, all road and bridge employees are required to be on call, possession or willing to obtain all necessary permits and licenses for chemical application and animal control.

There are many advantages to being in practice for yourself, the main one being the independence to determine your own hours, procedure, and which clients you serve. A precedent is an automated prioritized time-sensitive to-do list and appointment schedule refined for each area of law in which I practice. Each time I open a file I attach the specific precedent which schedules nearly everything needed to complete the matter in the needed time and sequence.
